Gojudi Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using gojudi's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Usage
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gojudi platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gojudi platform.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are in jurisdictions where online betting services are permitted. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with their local laws.
2. Account Creation and Information Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on gojudi. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. gojudi reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. If any information is found to be false or misleading, your account may be terminated immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported loss of access to the gojudi support team.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Gojudi users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or payment systems
- Sharing an account or granting account access to a third party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the gojudi system
- Disrupting other users' experience through unethical behaviour
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation
Gojudi reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account, if any of the above rules are violated.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the gojudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). gojudi supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and major Malaysian online banking. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources.
Gojudi is not liable for any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
Any attempt to carry out an unlawful transaction or use an unauthorised payment method will result in funds being frozen pending investigation. gojudi reserves the right to refund the funds or terminate the account depending on the outcome of the investigation.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Gojudi does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, gojudi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gojudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity is detected
- Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
- User is found to have registered multiple accounts
- Registration information provided is found to be false or incomplete
If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, gojudi reserves the right to withhold any credit balance in the account pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the gojudi platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of gojudi and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The gojudi platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. gojudi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Gojudi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
